Pak Earthquake Donations - muslim countries are a disgrace.

Good article here in the independent describes how the level of aid donation to the Pak Quake relief effort, is shabby.. is it because its not a tourist destination ? or its a muslim country ? or its not a glam place in the eyes of the world ?
